About Official Website Online Orders

Our company’s online shopping platform operates independently. Unless otherwise agreed, the terms and conditions applicable to the online shopping platform do not apply to transactions conducted at physical retail stores.

If there are price differences between physical retail stores and the online store, no price adjustment or compensation will be provided.

Customized, made-to-order, and pre-order products sold through the official website are individually produced according to customer requirements. Orders will only be formally established and scheduled for production upon receipt of full payment.

In accordance with Article 19, Paragraph 1 proviso of the Consumer Protection Act and the “Applicable Guidelines for Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Rescission in Distance Transactions,” customized products are not subject to the seven-day appreciation period.
Once an order has been confirmed, cancellations, returns, exchanges, or modifications will not be accepted except in cases of product defects.

Please ensure all product details meet your requirements before placing an order to avoid disputes.

If our company determines that a customer has engaged in frequent order cancellations, arbitrary exchange requests, or other conduct affecting operational order, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate services at our discretion.

Accounts must not be lent, transferred, or assigned for use by others. In the event of any violation of related regulations, the original registrant shall bear all relevant responsibilities.

Custom-Made / Made-to-Order Product Notices

Customized, made-to-order, and pre-order products are all produced according to customer requirements. Except in cases of product defects, returns and exchanges will not be accepted.

Please confirm all product details, sizes, styles, and related specifications before placing your order. Customized products are not eligible for exchange.

Jewelry, gemstones, rings, and similar products may exhibit approximately 15%–20% color variation due to screen display settings, photography lighting, and actual finished product appearance. Such variations are considered normal and shall not be regarded as defects eligible for return or exchange.

Once the details of a customized product have been confirmed through communication and production has commenced, the order may not be cancelled, modified, or refunded midway through production.

Customized products constitute exclusive production services provided specifically for individual consumers and are not standardized mass-produced goods. Therefore, in accordance with applicable law, online shopping seven-day appreciation period regulations do not apply.

If a customer requests custom-order services, reviews 3D renderings, simulation images, or modeling results, and subsequently decides not to proceed with the purchase, a design and modeling fee of NTD 3,000 will be charged.

Please inspect the product within 2 days of receipt. If any defects are found, please photograph the issue and contact customer service immediately for confirmation and assistance.

Regarding Custom Order Online Purchasing Procedures

By placing an order, the customer is deemed to have agreed to the customized content, production timeline, delivery arrangements, and transaction policies.

Our company will commence production only after full payment has been received.

Metalworking procedures that are in progress or already completed cannot be modified or reversed.

If modifications are requested, professional evaluation will be conducted and additional fees may be charged proportionally based on the required adjustments.

If termination of production is requested midway through the process, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted.

Regarding Official Website Shipping / Delivery

A shipment notification will be provided prior to dispatch. Please ensure that all delivery information is accurate.

If a product is not collected or delivery information is not updated due to personal reasons, and more than 3 months have elapsed, the delivery shall be deemed completed and our company shall bear no responsibility for storage or safekeeping.

If damage occurs due to shipping or circumstances attributable to our company, please photograph the issue and contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. Upon confirmation, complimentary repair services or reproduction of an equivalent product will be provided.

Regarding Returns and Exchanges for In-Stock Products

For in-stock products, exchange requests may be submitted within 7 days of receipt if the size is unsuitable.

Products must remain in brand-new and unused condition and must include complete packaging, receipts, and complimentary items.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

Applications submitted after 7 days

Customized products

Human-caused damage, stains, or odor contamination

Missing packaging or accessories

Color variation within normal range

Circumstances not attributable to our company

Product Care & After-Sales Services

Our company provides complimentary basic maintenance services.

⚠️ Important Notices:

Round-trip shipping costs for maintenance services must be borne by the customer.

Repairs for human-caused wear, loose center stones, or fallen stones may be arranged; however, all related repair fees and shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
