A: Daily Care|After wearing, gently clean with a polishing cloth before storage. Store in a sealed pouch whenever possible.
Basic Cleaning|Use dish soap with a soft toothbrush to gently clean the surface, or lightly polish with toothpaste. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and dry completely.
Deep Cleaning|Soak in silver cleaning solution (not recommended for certain gemstones), rinse thoroughly with clean water, and dry completely.

A: Yes. Our company can assist with maintenance services or stone-setting repairs.

Product Defect Guidelines

Color Variation: Slight color differences may occur due to variations in computer screen displays, and individual perceptions of color may differ. Please refer to the actual product color.

Stone Setting Displacement: As all jewelry pieces are handcrafted, slight stone setting displacement is considered normal.

Metal Solder Marks: All jewelry pieces are handcrafted. Minor uneven surfaces or solder marks at seams and metal surfaces are normal characteristics of handmade jewelry.

Size Variation: Slight measurement discrepancies may occur due to manual measurement. A variance of 0.5–1 cm is considered within a reasonable range.

▸ Natural Gemstone Characteristics Not Considered Defects

Natural gemstones may contain cloudiness, cotton-like inclusions, or naturally formed fractures created during the gemstone formation process. These are natural mineral inclusions and are considered normal characteristics.
