📦 Home Delivery
For deliveries within Taiwan, please refer to Point 3 above.
All international parcels are shipped exclusively via EMS. Please contact us directly for shipping fees and estimated delivery times for each destination.Delivery hours are Monday through Saturday before 17:30. No deliveries are arranged on Sundays.
Shipping may be delayed during holiday seasons, periods of high order volume, or due to force majeure events such as natural disasters.
If selecting Home Delivery: Actual delivery arrangements will depend on the delivery route scheduled by the courier driver.
5. Regarding Official Website Shipping / Delivery / Shipment
1. Our company will send a shipment notification prior to dispatching your order. If you have not received your item for an extended period, or if there are special circumstances such as shipping information updates, incorrect information provided, etc., please proactively contact our company to update your information and complete the collection process. If the item remains unclaimed for more than 3 months, our company will deem the product as successfully delivered and shall bear no further responsibility for storage or safekeeping.
2. In the event of product damage, shipping breakage, or any other circumstances attributable to our company and not caused by the consumer personally, please photograph the defect within seven days of receiving the product and email our customer service team with a description of the issue. You will then be asked to return the defective item to our company. After receiving the product and confirming the defect or damage, we will immediately provide complimentary repair services. If repair is not possible, we will reproduce a product of the same specifications and content, or provide alternative products of equivalent value for your selection.6. Invoice Issuance
You may choose one of the following methods to receive your invoice:
📌Electronic Invoice / Cloud Invoice: The electronic invoice / cloud invoice will be stored in our member carrier system. The system will automatically issue the invoice within 12 hours after payment and send it directly to your email inbox. After the invoice lottery draw, the system will automatically check winning numbers for you. If your invoice wins, the invoice will be printed and sent to you via registered mail.
📌Corporate Paper Invoice: According to the Ministry of Finance regulation “Operational Guidelines for Electronic Invoice Implementation,” all purchases made through SHOPLINE Onboard will be issued with electronic invoices. If you require a company invoice with a Uniform Business Number for accounting purposes, please enter your Uniform Business Number and Invoice Title during checkout. We will include your corporate paper invoice together with your shipment — the invoice mailing address will be the same as the recipient address.
