將戒指放置在有刻度的測量工具上（直尺或皮尺），目標鎖定圓圈內的直線長度，找到戒指內徑直徑。
工具測量法
使用戒圍模板，手指對應到相仿的模板，戴戒指般套上試試看尺寸是否合適即可。
